Unlike seed blends formulated for general geographic areas, JB Selected Premium Lawn Seed is formulated specifically for the Pacific Northwest. It is designed to thrive in our dry summers and cool, damp winters. We carry JB Sunny Blend, JB Sun & Shade Mix, and JB Dense Shade Mix.

A variety of bag sizes are available to tackle any size project, including: 3-pound, 7-pound, 25-pound and 50-pound.

• 100% Perennial Ryegrass
• Great for high traffic areas
• Rapid germination
• Requires 5-6 hours of sunlight
• Fine textured and dark green color

Sun & Shade

• 70% Perennial Ryegrass & 30% Fine Fescue
• JB’s most versatile mix
• Excellent for full sun, partial shade areas
• Great for overseeding, rapid germination
• Requires 5 hours of sunlight
• Fine textured and dark green color



Dense Shade

• 40% Perennial Ryegrass 60% & Fine Fescue
• Blends well with JB’s existing turf
• Great for heavy shade areas
• Requires 4 hours of sunlight
