Cedar Grove

Description
Cedar Grove compost is made from locally recycled garden pruning, food products and vegetable trimmings in the Seattle area. It is certified organic and contains no bio-solids or manure. Mix with your existing soil to enhance growth and water retention or use as a groundcover. Can also help to break up tight, clay soil for planting.
Due to the nature of the composting process it is not uncommon to find bits of paper or plastic in composts. This is due to contaminated materials being turned in for recycling. All efforts are made to keep the material as clean as possible and the materials are regularly tested to make sure they meet state organic compost regulations.
Common Uses:
- Shrubs & Trees
- Flowerbeds
