Canadian Granite is a very dense crushed rock. Its salt-and-pepper black and white spots give it a unique feel and adds a bit of sparkle to any landscaping area. It is available in three sizes: 3/4" Clean Crushed, 1/2" Clean Crushed, and 1/4" Minus. They all make good pathway materials, though the Dust will pack in tightly while the clean crushed rocks will stay a bit loose but look cleaner.
Decomposed granite is not available in our area, so the Canadian Granite 1/4" Minus is a very popular alternative. It is a finely crushed granite from 1/4" to 0" so it will pack tightly and is very commonly used on garden paths.
